Marijana Sakac was graduated from University of Novi Sad, Novi Sad, Serbia in 1984. She defended MSc and PhD at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 1992 and 2000 in the scientiﬁ c ﬁ eld of Food Science. She was employed at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Novi Sad until 2007, since then she has been employed at the Institute of Food Technology, Novi Sad, Serbia. Her research interests are functional food, lipid oxidation, antioxidants, and polyphenols. Until now she published ﬁ ve chapters, ﬁ ve monographies published at the national level, 165 research papers and 245 research works presented at conferences.
