She is an Associate professor in the Department of Food Engineering, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She holds a Ph. D. Degree on Ultrasonic effect on physical and functional properties of whey proteins from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology from the University of Zagreb in the year 2008.
